To introduce myself, I retired as a Fire Captain in Dec. 1996 and now I am a full time carver. I live in Townsend, Tn. next to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Carving has been a part of my life since high school. I now do most of my carving with a chainsaw. Bears are my biggest seller, but I do a large variety of carved figures.

I used to specialize in carving perfectDerrieres and Live Tree Carvings . Relief carvings are my favorite but there are many other forms of carving I have done. I am always looking for the exceptional figure in the unique pose that expresses sensuality and appreciation for the human form, without vulgarity or poronographic content.
